About
El Chico Fuendre is an electronic trio from Vilnius moving between psychedelic, kraut, drone and what they call pastoral psychedelicism. The project — built around Domantas Pūras, Ignas Šoliūnas and Jokūbas Preikša — fuses modular synthesis, raga forms, ritual structures and live improvisation, drawing as much from analog electronics as from field recordings, ceremony and altered listening. Their records are played live, with no sequencing and no computers.
Since 2020 the group has released albums and singles including Beatland Vol. 1, Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?, Cyber Mass 2043 and Ragas for City Dwellers, and has toured Europe three times. In spring 2026 they completed Rituals from the North, twenty shows from Vilnius to Viechtach, ending on 7 June.
