Privacy
Short version: we collect very little, load nothing optional without your say-so, and never sell data.
Who we are
El Chico Records is a record label and studio in Vilnius, Lithuania, and the controller of the data described here. Contact: info@elchicorecords.com.
What we collect, and why
- Contact form — your name, email and message, so we can reply (legitimate interest / steps before an agreement). Kept while we’re in touch, then deleted.
- Newsletter — your email address, only after you confirm it from the email we send (consent). Kept until you unsubscribe; every issue has an unsubscribe link.
- Server logs — IP address and browser details, processed by our host while serving pages, for security and reliability (legitimate interest). Short-lived.
- Visit statistics — page views, referring site, country, device and browser type and page-load speed, counted by Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. No cookies are set, no IP address is stored and visitors can’t be followed across pages or days; the figures are aggregate (legitimate interest).
- Your cookie choice — stored in one cookie so we don’t ask on every page (necessary).
Cookies and embeds
Fonts and images are served from this site itself, so your browser doesn’t contact Google to load them. Nothing optional loads until you choose. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page; the choice expires after six months and is then asked again.

Who handles data for us
- Vercel — hosts this site and runs its cookieless visit statistics.
- Resend — delivers contact-form and newsletter email and keeps the subscriber list.
- Hostinger — hosts our content system and mailbox.
- Google Analytics — only if you accept analytics.
Some of these providers are based outside the EU (mainly the United States); transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time — write to info@elchicorecords.com. You can also complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt) or your local authority.
